Project manager/Business Analyst in Kosmonova, TOV

The task of our companies is to comprehensively support business in matters of profit maximization, thanks to the implementation of advanced telecommunication solutions in Ukraine and Europe. Now we are looking for a talented and motivated specialist for the position of Project manager/Business Analyst, who will join our team. Tasks: Performance of PM functions for all development tasks: - tracking the proper priority of task execution; - tracking the workload of tasks and progress according to the tasks of each developer; tracking deadlines for tasks; - keeping the team in working condition, motivating the team, tracking satisfaction with the project on the part of the team; - solving all kinds of conflict situations within the team and in the customer-team relationship; - conducting regular checks of the development team; - control of the cross-project execution of tasks. Organization interaction between Devops and the Developer Testing of bugs and edits - everything transferred by the developers must be tested first (first checked according to the technical specifications) Collect the requirements of internal customers and validate them according to the existing architecture of IT solutions Select the best practices and solutions for building a balanced architecture of automated systems Develop technical specifications for implementation and refinement IT solutions in accordance with the accepted requirements and architecture Provide user support and ensure the functionality of implemented solutions Help in writing technical specifications for departments.
