Necessary skills
• 5 years of work experience as a system analyst, business analyst or project manager manager Experience in retail, understanding of trade processes or experience in logistics processes preferred. It will be a plus - experience with front and backend logistics systems, knowledge of logistics processes
• understanding of the principles of integration between systems/data exchange, working with APIs
• experience working with a development team, full cycle from gathering requirements and setting tasks to testing
• understanding of the basic concepts of key development methodologies Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, any helpdesk systems
• skills with XML, JSON, business process modeling tools - BPMN
• higher education (technical, information technology, cybernetics)
• ready to work in the office (40-60% of working time).
Responsibilities
• description of business processes related to development projects
• management of team projects — formation of resources, plans, implementation control, resolution of disputed situations
• analysis of current processes with the aim of identifying bottlenecks and making proposals for optimization, innovations and simply "chips"
• conducting technical and user documentation for the company's products
• participation in the development of the company's own software product, in the formation of technical tasks, development testing
• collection of requirements and business issues
• technical support for users.
