Project Manager, Business Analyst in ARZINGER

We invite you to join the Arzinger team as a Project Manager. Main tasks: study of existing systems and business processes, development of optimization proposals; detailed planning of automation projects (based on strategic decisions of the Executive Committee); accepting tasks from users, structuring tasks, determining priorities; writing technical specifications and coordinating them with users and developers; control over the implementation of assigned tasks by developers, coordination of improvements; organization of regular meetings with customers and developers regarding current results; testing and control of the correctness of completed tasks; organization of training and consultation of program users; assistance to users in using the system ( building reports, etc.); organization of system testing by users, experimental operation and acceptance of tasks by the customer. Basic requirements: work experience of 2 years or more as a business analyst or project manager; experience in drafting technical and methodological documentation in the context of describing business processes; knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C, Creatio, Power BI will be an advantage; analytical mindset ; orientation to the result, the desire to finish. English language - Intermediate and above.
