Our plans asacompany: Wewant tomove from aregular outsourcing business toanecosystem ofoutsourcing, education and product development companies. _________________________________________________________________________ Type ofcooperation: Full-time/remote ⚡️ Your responsibilities willbe: AsaBusiness Analyst: -Thoroughly understand customer and user needs tooffer solutions better than the customer imagined. —Accept other people’s ideas when they are better. —Understand technical and budgetary constraints tooffer feasible solutions. —Document decisions concisely and clearly. —Communicate directly with the customer, clarify and formalize requirements. —Verify requirements with various stakeholders toensure they meet business needs. —Develop and communicate clear visions ofthe products aligned with overall business goals and objectives. —Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs toensure they reflect the evolving needs ofthe products. —Define acceptance criteria and user stories outlining desired outcomes and functionalities ofthe products. —Facilitate communication, provide progress updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations toensure alignment. —Manage ateam ofupto5-7 people, plan tasks and releases. —Develop realistic and achievable project schedules and constantly monitor their implementation. —Have abasic understanding ofhow databases work and are organized. —Understand the basic principles oftechnologies and architectures used inthe project for effective communication with technical teams. AsaProject Manager: —Launch new projects, including kick-offs with the client and team, and create acommunication plan. —Transfer project information from the sales office toHeads ofOffices. —Facilitate the determination ofteam members for projects with Heads ofOffices. —Create job descriptions for new positions. —Make hiring decisions. —Train necessary technical and soft skills for the project team. —Achieve project KPIs. —Manage the project budget, considering resource costs, obligations, and expense forecasting. —Understand basic principles ofProject Management, including Team Composition, PNL, Time Tracking, and Reporting. —Solve problems related tothe team and customer. —Effectively respond tochanges inproject requirements and the business environment. —Offer new ideas and methods toimprove product efficiency and competitiveness. —Build and maintain relationships with clients. —Handle customer upsale opportunities. —Ensure backlogs are refined and updated. —Monitor project schedules and implementation. —Provide progress updates and gather feedback tokeep everyone onthe same page. 🗞 Our requirements toyou: —3+years ofexperience asPM/BA inanoutsourcing company. —Advanced English level. AsaBusiness Analyst: —Experience inbuilding roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management. —Data visualization skills tobuild mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes, etc. —Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. —Ability touse project management tools and wiki systems toorganize and document information. —Strong communication skills tointeract with various project stakeholders. —Experience and understanding ofpre-sale process. —Project scope decomposition preparation. —Project scope estimation. —Strong experience inUser Stories preparation, Acceptance Criteria documentation, and approval with the client. —Change Requests management. —Strong understanding ofbusiness flows, processes, and purpose. —Experience inUI/UX design review based onprepared requirements and correction ofthem. —Ability tosimplify solutions when clients try tobring complex requirements for the project. —Risk management.
