Main responsibilities

  • Communication with Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders: Effective communication skills are essential for bridging the gap between technical teams (e.g., developers, IT operations) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales). BAs and PMs should be able to translate technical concepts into business owners terms and vice versa, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
  • Agile project management methodologies
  • Integration Skills Telecom e-commerce projects often involve integrating e-commerce platforms with telecom-specific systems such as billing systems, CRM platforms, provisioning systems, and self-service portals. Experience with integration technologies and APIs are valuable.
  • Telecom Domain Knowledge Understanding telecommunications industry trends,technologies, regulations, and customer needs is crucial. Familiarity with telecom services such as mobile networks, broadband, VoIP, IoT, and digital services like streaming platforms can help define requirements and manage projects effectively.
  • CX (Customer Experience): Telecom companies often compete based on the quality of their customer experience. BAs and PMs should focus on ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and touchpoints and implementing features like self-service options and personalized recommendations.
