General requirements:
· Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
< p>· Excellent communication and analytical skills;· Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management for software implementation, improvements and support;
· Knowledge of requirements gathering practices and business analysis prior to implementation IT projects.
Main requirements:
· Project management of implementation, development, integration with other IT systems and further software support;
· Maintenance of project and accompanying documentation;
· Conducting meetings with customers, formation and approval of risk registers, approval of requirements, monitoring of implementation terms;
· Understanding of the software development process (SDLC);
or SRS, task resolutions);· Ability to model business processes (UML, BPMN 2.0, IDEF0) and identify problems;
· Experience with REST API, JSON, XML at preparation of technical tasks and task statements;
· Understanding of database models within the framework of forming task statements;
· Knowledge of the English language within the framework that allows you to read and understand technical documentation;
· Ability to work with the project management/task tracking system Jira (Software/Workmanagement).
Main responsibilities:
· Conducting meetings , analysis and agreement of business requirements with internal customers;
· Formation of requirements, writing of specifications, formation of TK/User stories and presentation of tasks to the development team;
· Support of specifications of requirements during the software development cycle provision/functionality (interaction with developers);
· Maintaining requirements in an up-to-date state;
· Accepting completed works and presenting the developed functionality to the customer;
· Preparation of documentation , instructions, training videos related to the developed functionality;
· Conducting training for users of the developed functionality;
· Consulting users during the life cycle of software/processes/functionality.
An additional advantage will beь:
· UI/UX prototyping experience;
· Knowledge of the principles of automation and construction of the Jira system Workflow (Workmanagement, Service Management) - there will be many projects for internal customers;
implementation of its modules.
