About the project:The team works on projects related to Google Workspace, End-user computing (EUC), transfer of bank complexes to new technologies (world best practices), standardization of workspaces and optimization works of end users. Construction and reengineering of business processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Collection of requirements from business and end users
• Analysis of requirements and search for effective solution options
• Formalization and reengineering of internal business processes, assessment of their maturity
• Management of incidents and changes
• Work with various software complexes, preparation of presentations and instructions

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (in the technical field, IT)
• Experience as a business analyst or IT project manager
• Practical experience in standardized business -processes of different levels of maturity
• Understanding the basic principles of ITIL
• Business Ukrainian language
• Confident user of Linux, Windows OS
• Practical skills of working with project and task management systems (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Advanced level of time management
• Readiness for continuous development
• Initiative, expressed leadership qualities

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in administration or configuration of Google products
• Development/testing/system integration experience
• B1+ English knowledge
