BAS ERP 2.5 Project Manager

Ukrainian technology company dealing with electronic systems and robotics is currently implementing BAS ERP 2.5.

Key tasks

• Analysis of the technical task for the implementation of functionality in the BAS ERP system.
• Coordination of the project plan for the development of system functionality.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality development of new forms, reports and interfaces, modification of system module configurations.
• Setting tasks and monitoring the work of IT developers according to the system implementation project plan.
• Control over the testing of new modules, reports, interfaces, etc.
• Preparation of instructions, training materials and training of users of the new functionality of the system.
• Risk management, monitoring and timely identification of problems of both the architecture as a whole and its individual components (Documents, References, Reports, Subsystems, Exchanges).
• Interaction with employees of different departments to solve problems related to the operation of the BAS ERP system.
• Provision of consultations for system users.
• Analysis and improvement of the functions of the BAS ERP enterprise management system on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Work experience: successful experience in managing BAS ERP production implementation projects: contours Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production.
• Experience in managing BAS ERP IT development teams (in-house or outsourced).
• Experience in production as an employee or external consultant.
• Ability to: effectively collect, analyze user needs for functionality and effectively solve problems related to the BAS ERP system.
• Skills: ability to manage teams of IT development and support of the BAS ERP system.
• Education: higher education in economics, finance or IT, additional professional training will be an advantage.
• Systematic, analytical, responsible and the ability to achieve results from a team.
