We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join projects at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology projects and ensuring benefits realization. Your experience will support global, international projects in various business areas.

• Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience
• Prior working experience in the banking sector
• Excellent planning skills
• Experience in the task and financial tracking
• Strong experience with risk identification, tracking, and mitigation
• Managing issues, escalating them, and reporting progress status to stakeholders
• Understanding technical discussions and translating them into business/common English terms
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adjust in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize activities while setting the right expectations with internal and external stakeholders
• Having knowledge of test and test automation is a plus
• Open to visits in Krakow up to three times a month
