Project Manager (Backup Power) in SPP Development Ukraine

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• 2 years of work experience with a similar profile of responsibilities (experience in the field of energy/construction will be an advantage).
• Understanding of working with the B2C market.
• Competent language, the ability to clearly and freely express your thoughts.
• Polite communication with customers, other business representatives.
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint — an advanced user).
• Purpose, ambition, leadership qualities, responsibility, discipline, organization.
• Skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Readiness for business trips throughout Ukraine (company car).

Terms jobs:

• Official employment with reservation (24 calendar days of vacation, paid sick leave, etc.). The trial period is 2 months.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers on technical and organizational issues of solar plants;
• Performance of preliminary engineering calculations.
• Selection of equipment, development of a technical solution — concept.
• Compilation of commercial proposals and estimates.
• Presentation of equipment, solar power plants and company services.
• Development of technical and economic justifications.
• Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for the customer.
• Mandatory visits to facilities, for measurements, assessment of facilities for the feasibility of projects, negotiations.
• Organization and control of the work of installation crews.
• Participation in commissioning works.
• Building productive and long-term relationships with customers.
