Project Manager (B2B lead generation) in Netpeak Group

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager for a separate direction (lead generation).

In this position, RM will work with clients mainly in the B2B segment who need to attract new leads using the appropriate Netpeak Agency service.

This is a vacancy for a person who is results-oriented, inclined to analyze and test new hypotheses, understands the specifics of working with B2B projects and loves new challenges, clarity and signs :)

Your skills:
1. PM work experience from 2 years.
2.  Skills of working in task managers.
3. Experience with Google Analytics.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Experience with Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs.
6. Skills in working with technical documentation.

Will be a plus:
1. Experience with lead generation.
2. Experience working with B2B projects.

What will you do:
1. Management of 5-12 projects.
2. Control and coordination - managing the client. PM controls deadlines and tasks related to project services, keeps a history of communication, availability of contracts, payments, supports document flow.
3. Relationship development - client growth. RM finds out the needs, plans and tasks of clients, works on project scaling, offers new services, and also improves already launched processes regardless of the activity of the responsible Internet marketer.
4. Conflict resolution - a pool of works to prevent new problems and effectively solve existing ones.
5. Reporting and presentations.

- Fixed rate and bonuses based on the results of the interview.

- Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and end from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
