Project Manager / Auditor / Head of Internal Audit / Group Controller / Head of Compliance in E - R, TOV

We are looking for a team leader who has experience in auditing / managing production projects (large and medium-sized enterprises).

Tasks and responsibilities:

Project management:

1. Supporting the launch of new production lines of enterprises.
2. Using ERP, automation.
3. Capex control of projects: budget, deadlines, efficiency.

Control of the correctness of accounting of all project enterprises:

1. Understanding accounting (P(S)BO/IFRS).
2. Month closing control, verification of cost calculation, inventory movement.
3. Financial analysis: plan / fact, deviation, margin, efficiency.
4. Administrative accounting.

 Tax planning and risks:

1. Control of tax liabilities.
2. Analysis of risks of VAT, income tax, customs and foreign trade operations.
3. Optimization of taxation within the limits of legislation.
4. Checking of transfer pricing risks.

 Internal audit and process control.

1. Internal audit of operations, TMC, purchases, logistics, production.
2. Corporate procedures and legal support. project persons.
3. Control of powers of directors and key employees of enterprises.
4. Management of the project structure and monitoring of changes.

 Audit of contractual activities

1. Verification and coordination of all key contracts: production, supply, lease, ZED, etc.
2. Control of contractual discipline and legal purity operations.

 Qualification requirements:

1. Higher financial/economic education.
2. Experience as a manager: Head of Internal Audit / Group Controller / Head of Compliance in manufacturing companies.
3. Excellent knowledge of accounting, P(S)BO, basic IFRS.
4. Understanding production accounting (20, 23, 26, 28, calculations).
5. Experience of interaction with tax authorities and conducting audits.
6. Ability to audit processes and implement regulations, process automation.
7. Strong analytical skills, systematicity, ability to work with risks.
8. In-depth knowledge of contractual and corporate law.
9. Knowledge of accounting according to standards (P(S)BU / IFRS.
10. Knowledge of ERP1-С/BAS, confident command of Excel.
