In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for a Project manager in the translation office

Requirements:

• Higher education with philology or compliance with the qualification requirements for a project manager;
• Possession of project management skills (can manage a project team)
• Experienced user of PC and office equipment (Word, Google);
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B1
• Able to work in multitasking mode;
• Result-oriented, responsible, customer-oriented, prefers teamwork;
• Ability to work in a team and organize work processes;
• Personal qualities: responsibility, attention to details, punctuality, kindness, politeness, sociability;
• Working experience in the Translation Bureau is optional, but considered as a significant advantage;
• Knowledge of other languages ​​is considered as an advantage.

Functional duties:< /strong>

• Finding customers;
• Support and communication with existing customers;
• Site promotion;
• Reception and processing orders for translations;
• Selection of relevant performers/translators to fulfill orders;
• Distribution and assignment of tasks to translators and other performers;
• Organization, coordination and control of project work teams (translators, editors, proofreaders, etc.);
• Administration and control of the order fulfillment process;
• Interaction with customers to clarify order details and resolve various issues;

• Operative initial check of the execution of orders before their delivery;
• Control of execution terms and quality of translations;
• Keeping records of orders and financial reporting.
