Project manager at the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

We are looking for project managers who know how to manage people and processes. Join our team if you want to be involved in socially important projects.

 < /span>WHAT TO DO:

• Perform the full cycle of project management: operational planning and administration of activities, preparation of reports, tracking and evaluation of results.

  < /li>

• Communicate with project partners and donors in Ukrainian and English.

• Organize the team's project work and distribute tasks within projects.

• Set technical tasks for designers and copywriters to create appropriate content.

• Participate in brainstorms, generate creative ideas together with the team.

• Together with the team, prepare and conduct various online and offline events (trainings, webinars, presentations).

• Establish and maintain relations with partners, donors and contractors.

• Participate in the preparation of reports in Ukrainian and English.

• Conduct interviews in English with external project participants.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• You have a complete higher education.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination and/or individual turnkey software components in the field of public organizations, communications and media.
• You are fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Advanced level.
• Excellent knowledge of office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.).
• Able to quickly delve into a large volume of information and analyze it.
• Customer-oriented, able to work for results.
• Communicative and easily find a common language with people, and also know how to convey complex information in simple words.
• Creative, proactive, highly motivated and ready for dynamic work.
• Have a desire to develop socially important projects.

The advantage will be: experience in the public sector and European projects, cooperation with the media.
