Online - Langlover school is looking for a creative person with a high level of empathy and self-organization for the position of methodologist.

This job is for someone who has:

- the level of English is not lower than C1;

- the desire to constantly improve one's professional level;

- experience in the field of teaching English for more than 2 years;

- knowledge of modern pedagogical methods and the ability to apply them ;

- generates creative ideas;

- desirable experience in managing and organizing training and a group of teachers.

< strong>You will need to focus on these areas:

- selection, onboarding of teachers to the school and control over compliance with the rules and conditions of cooperation;

- communication, setting tasks and control of team leaders and teachers;

- control of the quality of performance of assigned classes with clients;

- keeping up-to-date information about teachers and students;

- calculation and control of salary payments teachers;

- checking and correcting materials being developed (lessons for groups, marathons, etc.);

- control of writing textbooks and timely updating;

- analysis and improvement of the methodological department.
