This job is for someone who has: the level of English language proficiency is not lower than C1; the desire to constantly improve your professional level; experience in the field of English language teaching for more than 2 years; knowledge of modern pedagogical methods and the ability to apply them; generates creative ideas; desirable experience in managing and organizing training and a group of teachers. You will need to focus on these areas: selection , onboarding of teachers to the school and monitoring compliance with the rules and conditions of cooperation; communication, setting tasks and monitoring of team leaders and teachers; monitoring the quality of performance of assigned classes with clients; keeping up-to-date information about teachers and students; calculating and monitoring the payment of salaries to teachers; checking and correcting materials being developed (lessons for groups, marathons, etc.); control over the writing of textbooks and timely updating; analysis and improvement of the methodical department.
