We want to build a system "like McDonald's in recruiting" for micro, small and medium-sized businesses, where you will get an employee in the shortest possible time and at an affordable price.

Therefore, we are looking for a strong project manager who will come not to "lead tasks", but to build system: streamline recruiting processes, digitize them, automate and accelerate job closings.

This is a role with real impact on the business, direct interaction with the company owner and the team.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

  • Work experience as a project manager / operations manager
  • Experience in building or optimizing business processes
  • Understanding the principles of Lean / process optimization
  • Experience in working with CRM or project management systems
  • Analytical thinking + the ability to lead to results

Will be a big plus:

  • Experience in recruiting or HR projects
  • Experience of CRM implementation "from scratch"
  • Understanding of unit economics of service business
  • Experience of automation due to Artificial Intelligence

YOU WILL DO:

At the start (key focus):

  • Conduct an audit of current business processes recruiting
  • Create and describe a map of business processes (end-to-end)
  • Identify bottlenecks, waste of time and resources
  • Describe processes from the point of view of a Lean approach
  • Build a unit economy of processes (time, people, cost, result)

Systematization and automation:

  • Together with the owner, integrate CRM uSpace as a project management system
  • Configure work logic in CRM: stages, statuses, roles, control
  • Implement job and project management standards
  • Automate routine team operations

Team management:

1 coordinator, 2 sourcers, 4 recruiters, 1 HR manager.

  • Setting tasks, monitoring execution, prioritization
  • Building a clear interaction between roles

Result for which you are responsible:

  • Decreasing time to close vacancies
  • Increasing team throughput
  • Transparency of processes and control at every stage
  • Manageability and scalability of recruiting

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

Rate + KPE + bonus for closed projects + quarterly team bonus.

Yes, in the first month, a beginner earns UAH 29,450;

An employee who works for 3 months will earn UAH 35,250;

If you are efficient and implement projects that develop the company, increase throughput, you can earn UAH 44,940 UAH.

  1. We pay salary 2 times a month.
  2. There are bonuses for performance indicators from UAH 10,000 to UAH 55,000.

  5. Working schedule floating Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. One working Saturday a month. An individual approach is possible, coordinated with the management.
  6. During the trial period and internship, you will be trained by the project manager of the company.
  7. Everything is ready for your efficient work - we provide all the necessary software and a fast laptop.
  8. The office has a kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine and cookies.
  9. We work efficiently and love just as efficiently to rest, so we regularly organize corporate parties.
  10. We are interested in increasing the professionalism of our employees, so we conduct corporate training. Already attended trainings on personal efficiency and time management. We also conduct internal management and product training.
