Project manager at PinchukArtCentre in EastOne

PinchukArtCentre is opening a Project Manager vacancy.

Main functions:

Participation in the organization of PinchukArtCentre exhibition projects;

Proactive day-to-day management of all operational aspects of PAC projects (mainly exhibitions) and ensuring timely implementation of these aspects by all parties involved;

Preparation, application and budgeting control of all projects;

Ensuring all legal aspects of projects and minimizing risks;

Preparation, control of contracts, interaction with lawyers and other involved parties;

Support and consultation of the head of the scientific and pedagogical department on administrative and legal issues;

Preparation for installation and dismantling of exhibitions with the project curator and the technical and logistical team, including invited contractors;

Communication with artists, studios and third parties regarding PAC projects in collaboration with studio and technical teams.

Our wishes to the candidate:

Higher humanitarian education;

Excellent command of English and Ukrainian languages ​​(written and spoken);

Experience with project budgeting;

Proficiency in MS Word & Excel at a high level;

Experience of working with contracts in an international company;

Personal qualities: responsibility, sociability, proactivity, ability to work in multitasking mode.
