Over the past year, our team has worked with well-known brands in Europe, Ukraine and the CIS. At the moment, we have started to pick up the pace of work very quickly and we are looking for a project manager who is as ambitious as we are. The project manager manages projects and ensures that all deadlines are met and that finances and team resources are allocated in a timely and efficient manner. You will be at the top of the communication funnel with clients, you will optimize the team's resources and be responsible for the implementation of projects. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the agency2. Working with a project team dealing with the same client to ensure open communication and timely completion of all tasks and responsibilities. 3. Plan and submit weekly and monthly client progress reports to share with team members and stakeholders. 4. Satisfy all the client's needs and deliver results in accordance with the proposed timelinesManaging project resources and results from the operational and financial perspectives of the project. 5. Find and communicate with contractors outside the agency. For this, we have a base for all specialists. It is necessary to select suitable contractors and cooperate with them from the TOR to acceptance of the completed work. Job requirements and qualifications: 1. Ability to communicate competently and resolve acute situations with clients. 2. Work experience of 1 year or more in project management or a similar position, preferably in marketing companies or Digatal agencies. 3. Possession of tools for managing projects and work processes, knowledge of industry trends and implementation of best practices. 4. Ability to work in multitasking mode and manage several client projects at the same time. On average, we allocate from 5 to 15 projects to one project manager. 5. Achieve set KPIs in projects with the help of contractors and the team. 6. Great team player. Ability to work in a team and motivate a team. Working conditions: Work schedule: MON — FRI remotely from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You must be in touch. Salary — rate + % from each project, if the client extends the cooperation for the next month, the % increases. The percentage is discussed with each candidate individually, it depends on the skills.
