Requirements:

• - Company representative before the Customer
• - Project budget control
• - Communication between the Customer and the designer
• - Conduct online and offline meetings with the Customer and the designer
• - Create a project plan: Develop a detailed project implementation plan, including stages, tasks and deadlines.
• - Communication with by the client: Ensuring effective exchange of information with the client, solving issues and providing reports.
• - Time management: Ensuring compliance with the established deadlines for tasks and project stages.
• - Organization and administration of design work- studios
• - Interaction with contractors: Managing the interaction with contractors and suppliers to ensure the necessary resources.
• - Reporting and documentation: Maintaining the necessary documentation and regularly preparing reports for clients and internal company needs.
• - Compilation of project completion accounts.
• - Selection and completion of interior projects: furniture/sanitary equipment/lighting/textiles/decorating materials and other...
• - Assistance in the purchase/return/exchange of goods.
• - Assistance in maintaining social. networks (Instagram)
• - Help in finding employees
• - Selection of effective teams of contractors for the implementation of interior projects
• - Visits to objects
• - Visits to salons / communicate with contractors, suppliers

Skills:

• - WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY (at least 2 years)!
• - Must have experience in this field!< /li>
• - Knowledge of Archicad, preferably + Revit
• - Landmark in global brands and knowledge of the relevance of trendy materials and manufacturers
• - Knowledge of interior materials
