ENKO is a Ukrainian music multi-genre label whose goal is to create new Ukrainian music and promote it around the world. The label, which is the fastest growing on the Ukrainian market, strengthened its success with the victory of Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision and is the main Ukrainian partner of major labels Sony Music Group and Universal Music Group. Who is our ideal candidate: has 2+ years of experience in organizing and coordinating processes; knows the main approaches to planning and successfully implements them; is able to effectively manage and organize processes, people, resources; communicates effectively and is able to convey his point of view in a reasoned manner; has experience in writing documentation \instructions; autonomous in planning his time and tasks; takes responsibility for deadlines; knows how to find and analyze information; make forecasts based on the received data; ready not only to generate ideas, but also to implement them; has a B1-B2 level of English; has experience with G-Suit tools, Microsoft Office, task managers (Asana, Trello or Jira). It will be a plus if you have: experience in coordinating educational projects; understanding of music terminology and industry; Project Management courses on platforms such as Coursera, Laba, SKVOT, Projector, etc. Key role objectives: organization and management of projects in the middle of the label; formation of roadmaps and project budget; creation of reports on projects and department indicators; organization of interaction between all participants in the process (conducting work meetings and calls); control of the performance of tasks and deadlines by team members; collection of the necessary information, its analysis and packaging; analysis of processes with the aim of their optimization and improvement; assistance in operational tasks.
