Project manager in the design studio in Perspective

We have a vacancy for a PM who likes to manage and has experience in this. 

Requirements:

• Experience in managing projects in a digital studio or architectural/design office (from 2 years) will be a significant advantage. However, we are ready to consider a designer with experience in implementing projects at various stages, and who currently wants to develop in the role of a manager.
• Experience in the field of interior design or architecture will be a very significant advantage.
• Basic skills for PMs (multitasking, systematicity, responsibility, stress resistance, attention to details, adaptability).
• Soft skills of communication, tact, etc.
• Comprehensible and clear writing, typing speed . 

Main functional duties:

• Design project development management , according to the plan of work on the project.
• Communication on projects with customers (questionnaires, coordination, clarification, presentations).
• Delegation of tasks to designers, draftsmen, etc. Drafting of TOR.
• Regular management with team members. Formation of tasks and control over their execution.
• Analysis and planning of team workload. Compilation of work schedules and management for their compliance.
• Preparation of the project for presentation, for printing.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and, if necessary, improve them.
