SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. In 2022, another one was added to the mission of building Ukrainian food companies — bringing victory closer. For this purpose, we are developing our own charitable foundation SKELAR foundation. For a year and a half of work, we have already helped more than 3,800 Ukrainian military personnel — relatives and friends of the people of Skelariv. And less than a week passes from receiving an application for assistance to being sent to the front. Within the framework of the charitable initiative, training hubs were opened for medical technology with the NGO "KoLeSo", where 26,000 military personnel, medics and civilians received training. Under the "Return Alive" initiative and together with other partner companies, an educational project for the military "Captains' Training" was launched, which became the most powerful initiative from an IT company, approaching victory, according to the version of the DOU Award. To implement this challenge and scale the CSR direction at SKELAR, we are looking for a Manager of the SKELAR foundation charity fund. What is important for us, or our candidate: understood the selection, comparison and purchase of military goods (optics, communications, drones, defense ammunition, cars); knew how to search for and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine and abroad; Systematically worked with a large volume of data and information; partnered with large funds to launch large-scale projects; highlighted the work and results of the CSR area and organized fundraising events within the company. communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation. What challenges await: Working with requests from the military and monitoring their implementation; Management and improvement of the procurement process; Formation and expansion of the supplier base; Ensuring effective communication and interaction in the team and with other departments; Launching large-scale initiatives and events; Systematic organization of feedback from the military ( videos and photos, thanks, etc.).Working with documents while helping the military (processing of requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance-Transfer from the Armed Forces to the military, accounting documents).
