In short, the Red Chameleon web agency is a company that specializes in the development of e-commerce projects, B2B projects, and atypical personal offices. Works primarily with the Ukrainian market. We develop and support projects on Laravel and Django frameworks. We are growing, so we are looking for an effective project manager in the company. The ideal candidate: An open, pleasant person who is optimistic about the future. Polite, honest and communicative. Willing to work with Ukrainian customers, representatives of medium-sized businesses of Ukraine. Has experience of working in a similar position in a web/digital agency or in-house team for 2 years or more. Has experience in project management for the development of e-commerce projects on the front end frameworks (React, Vue.js or Svelte), as well as backend frameworks (Laravel, Yii or Django/Express). Has experience and desire to work with projects that never stop, but are constantly developing. New features, integrations, marketing functionality, etc. are added. Has the skills to draw up a site work plan, technical tasks for designers, layout/frontend developers, programmers, testers. Has a responsible attitude to work, punctuality. A sense of professional ethics. Stress resistance. Multitasking: the ability to respond quickly, set tasks, switch between projects/tasks/clients. Ability to direct, give critical and constructive analysis of work, monitor deadlines, accept results. Responsibilities: Constant communication and work with customers and colleagues on projects and task. Part of the projects: development from scratch on Laravel. Others: support and continuous development. Compilation of technical specifications for designers, frontend and backend developers. Planning, staging and control of the execution of tasks. Control of the budget and requirements for the implementation of the project. Preparation of reports for clients. Working conditions: Remote work.
