So now we are looking for a COO - Project manager. 

Main duties:

• Planning and organization of operational processes: Development, implementation and optimization of operational strategies and procedures.

• Control of work performance: Monitoring the implementation of plans and tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Personnel management: Hiring, training and development of employees, team motivation.

• Resource Management: Optimizing the use of material and financial resources, controlling costs and budgeting.

• Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Implementation of quality control systems, search for opportunitiesey for automation and digitization of processes.

• Risk Management : Identification of potential risks and development of plans to minimize them.

• < span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Communication and reporting: Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels between different levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Project management experience: Planning, organization and control of tasks.

• Team Management: Effective communication, ability to form and lead a team, implementation of quality control system and standards.

• Analytical skills: Collection, analysis and interpretation of data to make informed decisions.

• Resource Management: the ability to optimize and effectively use company resources.

Salary: $800 ($600 fixed portion and $200 KPI).
