BO "RB "ROCADA" announces a competition for the position of Project Manager Assistant (Project Manager Assistant, national)

Main duties:

• supporting the project manager in the daily coordination of activities;
• reviewing the cases of beneficiaries and checking documentation for compliance with requirements (including IPA);
• assist in monitoring compliance with internal procedures and protection standards;
• communication with social workers regarding the quality of case management;
• supporting the team in solving complex or non-standard situations;
• maintaining and organizing project documentation;
• participating in the preparation and updating of SOPs;
• coordinating with various teams to eliminate inconsistencies and improve processes.

We expect:

• experience working in the social sphere, project activity or case management;
• understanding of the principles of protection and work with vulnerable groups;
• attention to details;
• ability to work with a large amount of information and documentation;
• good communication skills and the ability to support a team;
• responsibility and the desire to understand, even when something is not obvious.
