In this position, the specialist will be responsible for systematization, filling and updating of data, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation. This is a vacancy for a person who is result-oriented, attentive, responsible and clear in his work. Your skills: Experience in the position of Junior Project manager or Project manager assistant from 6 months. Skills of working in Google Sheets, Google Docs. Creation of reports, updating and filling data. The ability to correctly and clearly systematize information. The ability to quickly understand any topic, problem, including technical processes. The ability to work with large volumes of various information. Knowledge of the English language at a minimum Intermediate level. It will be a plus: — work skills with websites, — experience in setting tasks for developers, designers or copywriters, — experience in working with various CMS, task manager, — experience in working with Notion. The team is waiting for you: Execution of PM requests of the team and Timlid. Basic preparation of sites before adding to accounts for monetization. Ordering texts from the content department. Control of domain expiration dates, their extension in Namecheap, Godaddy. Basic configuration of accounts for monetization. Setting tasks for finalizing the functionality of sites, communication with the development team. Recording and systematization of data in relevant documents.
