We are a creative studio Bambuk in Lviv, where cool projects are born from the interaction of several strong cross-functional teams from branding, web development, motion design and video production. For us, the product always comes first. Because quality design changes the world.

We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to strengthen our Web team and release cool projects into the world faster.

A little about the team

• designers, developers and product owners
• we create unique designs and develop custom themes for corporate, product and image sites
• among our clients Ambiq, BabsLabs, Promprilad, Gigacloud, DAB, Nova Oselya and others

What will you do < /b>

• conduct scrum meetings (standups and reviews/planning)
• participate in cross-team synchronization meetings
• plan workload together with RO and Team leads
• communicate with the team and clients within the framework of project agreements (in particular, prescribe agendas, follow-ups, action items)
• coordinate and update tasks in ClickUp
• create and update basic documentation for clients
• monitor the achievement of team goals during the sprint
• generate team and project reporting
• monitor project deadlines
• independently lead support tasks

We expect that you

• will work and develop with the team in Lviv < /b> (must have)
• you know English at the Upper-intermediate level and above (must have)
• you have advanced soft skills: responsibility, attentiveness attention to detail, structured and systematic, as well as a high level of organizational skills
• you have good communication skills
• you can learn quickly based on feedback
• you are a team player player

It will be cool if you

• are interested in creating sites
• know scrum methodology
• basic knowledge of ClickUp and Figma
• experience of participation in international volunteer organizations
• like yoga, football or badminton :)
