Main duties:

Use of professional knowledge in the field of management, public management and administration to support the project manager in all aspects of his activities.Preparation, formatting and editing project documents using professional knowledge in the field of administrationProvision of professional support during communication with clients and project partners.Performing analysis and preparation of project reports taking into account professional knowledge in the field of project management. Preparation of analytical reports in the organization, for donors, partners and interested parties. Execution of other tasks and projects arising in the process of working with the project manager, using professional knowledge and skills in various fields.Requirements: strong>
- Full higher education (in the specialties of “management”, “public management and administration”)
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Work experience in social programs, management, project management, public and/or charitable organizations for at least 1 year
- The candidate has professional knowledge in the field of management, public management and administration, project management
- Knowledge of programs Google Groups (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keeps) at the level of a confident user
- Knowledge of management programs (Jira, Asana, Trello, Instagantt, Todoist) at the level of a confident user
- Knowledge of the basics , functions and management methodologies
Necessary knowledge and skills:
