Project Manager (Architecture | Premium segment) in Life Vision

Office: Kyiv, center (hybrid format)

International architecture and design company with offices in Kyiv, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai, Warsaw, Milan and London, which has implemented more than 1000 projects in 30 countries of the world

Looking for a project manager with an architectural background (preferably) and experience management of complex objects - from concept to author's supervision. A person who keeps the entire project in mind, makes decisions and is responsible for them - at a meeting with the team and on the construction site with the customer

Tasks

• Lead architectural projects from concept to implementation: EP > P > R > author supervision
• Daily interaction with the team: GAP, architects, conceptualists, assemblers, project managers, 3D-visualizers
• Communication with customers, general contractors and subcontractors: negotiations, agreements, solving non-standard situations
• Control of budgets, contracts and schedules; risk and resource management
• Implementation and improvement of document management standards
• Travel around Ukraine - visits to properties: premium-level residences, cottage towns, designer restaurants and hotel complexes - properties where every decision is an architectural expression

Requirements

• 3+ years in architectural project management
• 1+ year with large-scale objects: premium real estate, HoReCa, villas, cottages
• Understanding design stages, DSTU and DBN requirements
• Confident use of: MS Project, Gantt, Jira or similar
• Experience with contracts, budgets, project documentation
• Readiness for regular business trips to Ukraine

Will be a plus

• Architect or GAP background with transition to management
• English is desirable, but not necessary
• Experience in the premium / luxury segment
