Project manager and Business Analyst (PM/BA) in Coderfy

Coderfy is an IT company that was created in 2022 with the aim of developing and applying leading low-code technologies, machine creation of back-end. However, we are currently focused on custom web development and implementation of custom chatbots based on OpenAI and ChatGPT technologies. There are several projects in the works for the development of websites, CRM and applications that require administration, control and efficient allocation of resources. In this regard, we are looking for a combination of systematicity and customer orientation in the role of middle PM/BA. Experience of working in a similar position for 2 years or more. Work format: Remote work. Program of English-speaking mentors in the IT sphere of Europe and the USA (they say about such people kickass). will do: - Lead up to six projects of medium complexity from inception to completion. - Be responsible for overall coordination, reporting on the status and stability of task performance for all of your projects. - Manage projects according to the standards, methodologies and processes agreed in the team (on time, within the budget, qualitatively and as expected) - Plan own projects and extra-project tasks, determine resource needs (if necessary, find additional resources in the market or facilitate their search). - Monitor key project stages and adjust the project plan and/or resources according to needs of the customer.- Coordinate communication with all members of the team for the implementation of the project.- Organize and facilitate meetings with the customer and the rest of the team, keep their protocol, and record tasks.- Plan and distribute work tasks per day/week.- At the basic level, analyze possible risks .- Work with business needs and requirements of clients, understands them.- Collect and analyze requirements, be able to document them according to Coderfy standards.- Align business/customer needs with technical capabilities.- Design sites and applications, together with TL select and justify the technical implementation solutions. - Check the completed dev and design tasks for compliance with the TOR. Expected result of work PM The project was implemented in accordance with the standards, delivered within the budget and deadlines exceeding the client's expectations. Competencies: 1. Knowledge of typical elements, blocks and functions from which a site, application, admin panel is built4. Knowledge of the structure, functions and limitations of the main CMS and frameworks for the front end5.
