Duties: Management of client portfolios; Development and implementation of debt collection strategies and automation of business processes ; Analysis and monitoring of market trends and legal changes that may affect debt collection processes; Use of analytical tools and systems to collect and process data and improve work efficiency; Reporting on work results and implementation of new ideas to achieve set goals. Requirements: From 2 years of experience in a similar position in the field of collection activities or financial services; Understanding of legal aspects and regulatory norms related to debt collection; Analytical thinking, systematic and creative; Ability to work with CRM and telephony systems; High responsibility, organization, self-motivation and ability work in a team.
