Project Manager (Agro) in MHP, PrAT

What we will entrust you with:

• Responsibility for planning, organization and control of work in the project program from the moment of initiation to completion
• Formation of the project program plan, which includes (calendar plan-schedule of works, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan)
• Responsibility for forming and managing the project team within the program in order to obtain the maximum benefit from its implementation
< li>Responsibility for managing conflicts in the project program, in order to improve interaction, both between project managers (optionally) and with project stakeholders within the program
• Responsibility and control for the development, maintenance, updating and storage of project documentation, budget, resource plan and plan-schedule of projects within the program in information systems
• Management of communications with internal stakeholders within the project program, subcontractors, concluding contracts on behalf of the company, monitoring compliance with contractual requirements

• Responsibility for risk management and making changes during the implementation of the project program
• Responsibility for the development and motivation of project managers within the program (optional)

• You have experience in managing IT project programs from 2 years
• You have experience in managing IT projects from 4 years
• You have experience in implementing the MES class system ( at least 1 successful implementation or 2 successful implementations of different systems as separate projects at Elevators / Feed Mills)
• You have skills in organizing tenders, negotiating and contracting with subcontractors
• You have experience in managing teams (>30 FTE)
• Knows approaches to estimating deadlines, budget and project resources
• You have experience in risk management and the organization of the project change management process
• You have experience in project conflict management
• You have the skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies< /li>
• You have experience in maintaining project documentation in the project management information system
