Currently we are looking for a Project manager (direction of projects Acquiring and electronic commerce)

🤞Our expectations from the candidate:

• Practical management experience projects in the field of banking, transactional business, implementation of technological products, IT team management from 3 years
• Experience in managing acquiring and e-commerce projects
• Knowledge of methodologies project management (Agile, Scrum)
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of the principles of mediation and negotiation
• Understanding the peculiarities of the banking and financial sector, the payment landscape, technological trends and peculiarities of regulation, both in Ukraine and in the EU will be an advantage
• Skills in organizing the work of multifunctional teams
• Experience in project portfolio management (monitoring compliance with implementation deadlines, prioritization of tasks within the project and between projects, reporting)
• Skills in preparing presentation materials to display the status and progress of projects
• Skills in effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, members of project teams
• Experience in formulating business requirements for the automation of business processes within the framework of the company's activities
• Skills in creating and adapting to the specifics of the company's work methodologies for project management and software development

✔Will be an advantage :

• Experience of working as a business or system analyst
• Project management of the implementation and development of a banking mobile application
• Experience of working with foreign financial companies / banks

📍Tasks:

• Organization of work of development teams: planning, prioritization, control deadlines, organization of interaction with other units, team resource management. Direction of projects: acquiring, electronic commerce, fraud monitoring, technological services for HR
• Regular meetings with the team to increase the effectiveness of the team's work results
• Managing the prioritization of tasks, managing the technical backlog of tasks
• Conducting retrospectives with customers on implementation results
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and post-release technical support process, support of product introduction into eoperation
• Identification and prevention of risks that may affect development progress
• Interaction with the Customer (internal and external): conducting interviews, agreeing requirements, organizing acceptance testing processes and following up after implementation of development
• Monitoring and management of tasks within the framework of incident management for the development team
• Analysis of non-standard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions
• Formation and control of compliance with the methodology of the Project Office
• Ensuring the organizational needs of the team (meeting planning, recording, work plan management, etc.)
• Description and optimization of internal IT processes
