Your path to the team:

We do not conduct stages of interviews, because we value both your time and ours. The process usually consists of two stages: first we get to know each other, and then there will be a technical interview conducted by HR and the head of the department.

Your areas of responsibility in this position:

• Complete management of client projects in digital (SEO, PPC, Media) — from brief to implementation and development.
• Communication with clients at all stages: calls, correspondence, meetings, presentations, if necessary — business trips.
• Identification of client needs and their transformation into clear tasks for the team.
• Project team management: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, quality and results.
• Participation in the formation and development of the promotion strategy (with an emphasis on performance).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns together with teams (PPC, SEO, Analytics), preparation of insights and recommendations.
• Preparation and presentation of reports to clients (regular and on request).
• Work with complex situations: conflict resolution, work with objections.
• Control of financial issues: budgets, invoices, document flow.
• Ensuring KPI achievement and project development.

• You have 1 year of Account Manager / Project Manager experience in a digital or marketing agency
• You understand internet marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Analytics, Media)
• You havefrom performance-oriented work
• You speak English at a level not lower than B1
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
• You are able to negotiate and work with objections
• You are client-oriented and able to build long-term relationships
• You think analytically and work with data (data-driven approach)
• You are able to work in stressful situations and keep focus on as a result
• Competently formulate thoughts orally and in writing
• You have experience working with international clients - will be an advantage
