Service IT company Market Data is inviting a Project Manager (Account Manager) to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

Project Management (project = client):

• Organizing the project workflow using available resources within the allocated budget, specified deadlines, and agreed-upon quality.
• Approving the project concept considering the client's specifics, deciding on project launch jointly with the department head and regional director.
• Defining and preparing the project plan.
• Executing tasks according to the project plan, managing the project team, tracking progress, and maintaining reporting.
• Preparing documentation for the support phase.
• Conducting training sessions for the client's users.
• Participating in personal meetings and agreed-upon events at the client's request.

Project Support:

• Responding to client inquiries, solving their issues, consulting on analytics and system capabilities, training users to work with the system, receiving and processing new tasks and ideas.
• Sending status updates on distributor connections, highlighting problem cases.
• Configuring, filling, and updating the system and its directories.
• Developing user manuals and sending them to clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date reference information about the system in Wiki Redmine and the knowledge base for your department/project.
• Setting technical tasks for programmers based on client requests, testing and accepting modifications, and presenting modifications to clients.
• Consulting employees of other departments on emerging issues within the project.
• Participating in promoting and selling the company's services to new clients.
• Supporting and implementing additional system modules: online orders, marketing activities, POS materials, etc.
• Monitoring client satisfaction, recording wishes, comments, questions, and problems clients encounter with the system, and informing company management.
• Developing the system, identifying new opportunities or shortcomings in its operation.
• Delegating tasks to the project team.

We offer:

• Work in Poland with remote engagement from Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00.
• Training, participation in interesting projects, and working in a team where everyone loves what they do. Stable and always timely salary: during the probation period (3 months) - 7000 PLN, after that - 8500 PLN. Official employment.

We expect candidates to have:

• A higher education (preferably in the fields of exact sciences or project management, business).
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and support, preferably in an IT company.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Ability to work with a team and distribute tasks, plan, and manage projects.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Skills in conducting training sessions and user education.
• Experience with project management systems and CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and experience with analytics systems.
• A high level of responsibility and result orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.
• Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions.
