We are a creative advertising agency TOBEDONE looking for a project manager. As a small team, we create advertising campaigns for OLX, Silpo, Maudau and other brands. The main projects: advertising campaigns, category spot campaigns, branding, naming — and everything that can go along with similar works.  We are looking for a person who knows how everyone works in creativity, how to manage projects and find a common language with clients and the team. A person who is able to make independent decisions and take responsibility for his actions, work with conflict or force majeure situations, adjust and improve work and managerial processes.Requirements:

• work experience in creative or advertising agencies from 1 year is mandatory;

• understanding the peculiarities of the implementation of creative projects

• attention and ability to work with documents< /p>

• ownership of an office suite of programs and special programs (CRM, task managers);

• ability to communicate with different parties at the partner level, understand the client's requests and needs, and resolve conflict situations

• ability to organize your work process, adhere to timings

• communication with colleagues and clients in Russian

• ability to monitor, plan and distribute team workload

• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• Customer communication: Establish contacts, learn about their needs and desires, maintain good relations at all stages of cooperation. Standard tasks: attendance at briefings , briefing contractors, forming statuses, meeting reports, fixing tasks, comments.

• Project Management: Coordinate all stages of project implementation from idea to result, work with deadlines and ensure completion of tasks. Work with designers, copywriters and other specialists to create quality advertising products.

• Quality control: checking submissions from the team and contractor for compliance with the agreed brief and client agreements 

• Financial Management: Monitor budgeting and timings for project implementation. Control of receipt of payments from clients.

• Documents:Preparation of a standard package of documents for clients (appendices, acts, reports on work performed, budgets)< /font>
