Therefore, we are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager to help us achieve this goal. Required skills: 2+ years of experience in a PM position in the IT field; Understanding of project management tools and processes; Experience in implementing projects from the initialization stage to their completion; Experience in project scope assessment and prioritization; Experience in managing requirements, risks, change requests; Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Understanding of different methodologies and requirements lifecycle, as well as software development; Experience using Jira/Confluence (or other tracking tools for managing tasks); Ability to think structured, detail-oriented, analyze and communicate effectively; Ability to convey ideas verbally and in text form in a simple, transparent way that is understandable for developers; Experience working as a business analyst will be a plus. Basic responsibilities Responsibilities: Organization and management of all stages of project development; Decomposition and prioritization of tasks, compilation of technical task, implementation plan/work (roadmap); Planning the scope of work to achieve the goals of the project(s); Analysis and implementation of improvements to the processes/metrics of the teams to increase their productivity and the quality of the increments they deliver; Interaction with customers and various stakeholders (receiving and processing requirements; building effective and transparent communication; taking into account the interests of all parties when making a final decision); Conducting a business analysis of requirements, developing and choosing optimal solutions for specific business tasks; Identifying potential risks and developing strategies for their management; Solving problems , which arise during work, and the development of action plans to solve them.
