We are holding a competition for the position of "Project Manager" for the team of the Office of Partnerships and Interaction. The Office of Partnerships and Interaction is an advisory body operating under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The main task is to support and coordinate the implementation of reforms and measures to restore the system of education and science in Ukraine. Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of strategies and project plans. .Creating user-friendly tools to work with the database of needs for key stakeholders, including Departments of the Ministry, donors and partners.Monitoring project progress according to schedules, identifying and resolving any problems or risks that may arise during project implementation. Regular performance evaluation and process improvement. Cooperation with other departments within the Ministry and other institutions and organizations. Ensuring effective communication and cooperation between the project team, stakeholders and donors. management, administration or related fields. 2 years or more project management experience, preferably in the field of education, science or related sectors. Understanding of the educational and scientific sectors, relevant policies and reforms is an advantage. Ability to work with large volumes of information and systematize it. Knowledge of modern methods project planning, defining project goals, scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Strong project planning and execution skills, including the ability to define project goals, create project plans, and manage project schedules.
