Project manager in KIT Group

We invite a Project Managerin the city of Kyiv.

Requirements:

• Product/Project Manager experience - from 2 years.
• Experience in the financial sector.
< li>Experience creating workflows and team management.
• Experience planning sprints/iterations and reporting on previous sprints/iterations.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills;
< li>Understanding software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with bug-tracking systems (task management, time tracking, running sprints).
• Experience in creating mockups and prototypes .

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of a software development project, including defining project scope and strategic requirements, roadmapping, budgeting, design, development, testing, etc.
• Ensuring quality and consistent execution of tasks and components of the supported project within the stipulated time and within the framework of the approved budget.
• Determining the risks and dependencies of the project, as well as possible ways to eliminate them.
• Formalization and visualization of the project.

• Identification of resources and the project team.
• Control of deadlines for the project team to complete tasks, as well as the quality of the work performed.
• Calculation of the business case based on the results of project implementation, assessment of implementation efficiency .
• Control of fulfilled obligations (project performance indicators).
• Control of used resources.
• Preparation of a package of documents for the investment and other committees for each phase of the project, etc. .
• Participation in the transfer of projects/processes to the operational activities of the Company.
