PJSC "KRYVIY RIH CEMENT" - a leader in the central and eastern regions of Ukraine in the production of cement and concrete, invites a project manager to work. Functional duties: Implementation of full-cycle capital projects in accordance with international standards and company procedures. Development and coordination of technical and economic justifications projects. Coordination of obtaining construction permits in accordance with the requirements of local legislation. Preparation of tender documentation for the purchase of equipment, materials and services. Participation in tender procedures and selection of suppliers taking into account the criteria of price, quality, terms and others. decisions, regulations on labor protection, industrial safety and quality standards. Commissioning of newly built facilities, training of service personnel and provision of operational documentation. Reporting on the state of implementation of projects and identification of possible uncertainties and risks. Taking into account current production processes, restrictions, plans production and sales during the implementation of projects. Requirements for candidates: Higher technical education in the field of engineering, construction or a related field. Knowledge of the English language is not lower than the Intermediate level, experience in working with technical documentation in English. Experience in working on industrial sites, preferably in the cement production sector or similar industrial facilities. Experience in managing investment projects, including new construction and modernization, installation of equipment and infrastructure. Knowledge and understanding of cement production processes and technologies, including requirements for quality, safety and ecology, is desirable. Experience in conducting permitting activities and interaction with regulatory authorities and the public. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders, including customers, contractors, consultants and investors. Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions to achieve project goals and optimize production processes. We offer: Formal employment and stable work.
