Project Manager in Pharmbills

Responsibilities include the preparation of status reports, creation of project plans, process development, goal setting, monitoring of timely completion of milestones. Responsibilities: · Collaborate with key stakeholders, to ensure scope, deliverables and management expectations are clear both in the initiation and follow-up phases.· Coordinate with team members to ensure all internal and external parties meet project requirements, timelines and schedules.· Meetings with business leaders and key with partners to define scope and clarify milestones and goals.· Ensure implementation of project deliverables in accordance with company quality standards.· Preparation of status reports (both internal and external) by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant and actionable information.· Implementation of variables requests so that all parties are informed of impact on schedule and budget.· Determining project resource needs to achieve goals and effectively managing resources.· Managing client expectations within pr.· Conducting internal and external post-project assessments for potential troubleshooting.· Manage all project artifacts as they arise and create new artifacts as needed.· Utilize best practices, techniques, and industry standards throughout the project plan and phases.· Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.· After project close, measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement .Requirements:· Experience managing software implementations.· Proven experience as a project manager, managing complex projects from start to finish.· Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.· Experience and understanding customer relationship management system Salesforce will be an advantage.· Strong organizational and time management skills.· Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills.· Proficiency in project management software and tools. quality service delivery competitive compensation.Recharge and explore with PTO (12-18 days per year).
