Your tasks: Full project management for product implementation, planning and detailing of project stages, strategic requirements, roadmap planning. Coordination of the work of regional managers in the markets of responsibility, control of task performance, early identification of critical moments in the project development process. Regular communication with C-level stakeholders, dealers (potential and existing), international partners in accordance with the company's strategic priorities and defined requirements. Control of project deadlines and its parts. Analysis of decisions based on received data, correction of actions. Determination of the highest priorities, restraining factors and opportunities for project development. Research market and potential customers/dealers together with managers. Our wishes for the candidate: Higher economic or technical education. Experience in launching projects (non food); business expansion/development projects, the company's entry into new markets. Experience working and coordinating work with third-party development organizations or manufacturers. Ability to prioritize critical tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy under competing deadlines. English C1 (oral and written, business ), other languages ​​will be an additional advantage. Strong analytical abilities, intellectual curiosity, business qualities and creativity in solving problems. Communication skills (the ability to conduct a meaningful dialogue with all participants in the process). Stress resistance, the ability to quickly orientate depending on the situation and be meticulous to details. Understanding of basic business processes of commercial and production organizations. Skills and experience of project management, time management, risk management. Knowledge of marketing tools and digital marketing techniques. Understanding the specifics of all digital channels and tools. Ability to plan and forecast. We offer: We work on a Mon-Fri schedule. from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our office is located at Stolichne Shosse, 100.
