Project Manager in Rankup

You will definitely succeed if you have:< /span>

• experience of Project Manager from the 1st year in the digital sphere;

• knowledge of the English language from an intermediate level (Intermediate) — oral and written communication with clients in English;

• understanding and working according to methodologies: Scrum, Agile, Kanban;

• high self-organization skills, attention to details, focus on results;

• decency, sociability, punctuality and meticulousness in work.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• engage in support (management) of up to 15 projects at the same time;

• work according to the Scrum methodology;

• planning work on projects together with the team;

• project budget planning together with the team;

• KPI compliance control;

• organization of team work together with company management;

• work with Worksection and team control over work in Worksection.

• fixation of goals and metrics from the client at the start of the project (in order to monitor the correct direction of the team + how much we grow and move);

• control of the budget balance for each project;

• control of timely submission of project works;

• work with project documents (agreement, additional agreements, acts, invoices);

• help in starting the project;

• control of reporting after the end of the month (to make it as clear as possible).

• monitor the metrics of sites/sections of clients' sites (indexing, impressions, traffic, positions, link dynamics).

It will be a plus:

• experience working with SEO specialists;

• basic knowledge of SEO.
