Project manager in ALFA-BIT, TOV

A construction company is looking for a responsible and experienced project manager. Duties: Business trips to Ukraine at company facilities; Communication with customer representatives; with enterprises - purchase of materials and equipment; Formation of orders for the supply of materials; Engineering support and control of building materials at the site; Selection and management of workers and crews; Formation of a crew of workers; Control of the execution of work on construction sites, according to previously approved plans and construction work schedules, financing and supply schedules materials; Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health and safety regulations; Closing acts of completed work. Requirements: Advantages for candidates with experience of working on construction sites, which are similar (close) to the company's activities; Advantages for candidates with experience in conducting several projects at the same time; Higher construction education by profession (industrial and civil construction (PCB)); Knowledge of design and estimate documentation and executive documentation; Experience of working in a similar position as: Technical supervisor, site manager, site master, executive engineer, chief engineer of the project (analogous to the company's activities); Responsibility, initiative, driver's license B; Positive management and implementation experience projects; Positive experience in managing staff motivation; Positive attitude; Ability to work under stressful conditions.
