Project manager in KIT Group

We invite a Project Manager from Kyiv to join the team. Requirements: Product/Project Manager experience — from 2 years. Experience in the financial sector. Experience in creating work processes and team management. Experience in planning sprints/iterations and reporting previous sprints/iterations. Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills; Understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with bug tracking systems (task management, time tracking, sprint management). : Management of all aspects of the software development project, including definition of the project scope and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing, etc. dependencies of the project, as well as possible ways to eliminate them. Formalization and visualization of the project. Determination of resources and the project team. (project performance indicators). Control of used resources. Preparation of a package of documents for investment and other committees for each phase of the project, etc. Participation in leading projects/processes in the Company's operational activities.
