Project manager in EnerGym

Sports club EnerGym is looking for a Project Manager to manage gamification projects and create new digital solutions. Main responsibilities: Management of projects related to gamification and digital solutions in the EnerGym sports club. Development of a strategy for the implementation of gamification in the club's sports programs. Coordination of the development of a mobile application. Coordination of website development. development of digitized fitness solutions for training effectiveness tracking. Interaction with the development team, designers and other stakeholders to create and implement new digital solutions. Project resource management, including task allocation, budget control. Ensuring high quality project results and compliance with customer requirements. Requirements: Work experience 3+ years of project management experience (preferred to candidates with experience in mobile development, game development); Understanding of software development technology; Technical background (developer or QA); the nuances of developing software products; Skills to draw up business, functional and non-functional requirements, as well as practical experience in working with business analysis methods and tools; Knowledge of project management using Jira, Trello; Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum); industry trends in the field of digital innovation; Ability to work in a team and tackle it; High level of English (spoken and written).
