Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intervention efforts including the development and implementation of work plans, and monitoring of activities.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor project activities and staff.
- Manage administrative tasks in accordance with assignment specifications, guidelines, and AVSI procedures.
- Prepare intermediate and final reports as required by assignment regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with Country Representative and the Italian Cooperation Office to track project progress.
- Coordinate with local and international NGOs and United Nations Agencies in the education sector.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring missions during project implementation.
- Verify the accuracy of project expense reporting.
- Write project proposals to donors, including conducting literature reviews, contextual analysis, and data collection and analysis.
Contract Type: Civil Contract with All Social Benefits
Qualification:
University degree in a relevant field. Specialized qualifications in social sciences, education, management, development cooperation, or international relations.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in the humanitarian sector.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience in project management is preferred.
- Field experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in OCHA OneGMS system.
