Functions: Project management, drawing up strategic goals and deadlines. Development of a basic project plan in MS Project Professional for the procedures of state re-registration and/or making changes to the materials of the registration dossier for medicinal products. Implementation of monitoring control of the implementation of project tasks and ensuring the relevance of the project status. Implementation of preliminary assessment of the plan. Identification of problems that may arise in the process of project implementation, analysis of deviations from the project, permanent risk analysis and proposals for their elimination. Ensuring effective communication and cooperation within the project team. Organization and coordination of working groups, keeping protocols, monitoring the implementation of deadlines. Organization of the project completion process, preparation of a report in the form of a presentation. Requirements: Higher education (chemical / pharmaceutical / economic), additional education in project management will be an advantage; Experience of working as a project manager / developer of new drugs / manager of drug registration / manager of the organization of clinical trials of new drugs in pharmaceutical companies; Desirable experience of project management in the industrial pharmaceutical sector; Knowledge of PMBook - current edition, orders of the Ministry of Health regarding the order state registration and the procedure for conducting pre-registration studies of medicinal products, pharmaceutical development guidelines, stability studies, bioequivalence; Knowledge of GMP requirements; Experienced PC and MS Office user (must be active use of MS Project, Excel, Power Point); Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level.
