Key Tasks:

• Project Management: Planning, execution and control of a project from start to finish. Drawing up a schedule, estimating the necessary resources, controlling costs and solving problems that arise during the implementation of the project.
• Development and implementation of methods and tools for solving financial management tasks: development of accounting policy, functional financial strategy, implementation of accounting systems, management reporting, budgeting, investment management, international reporting, treasury function, performing the role of financial director in interim projects.
• Communication: Ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders. Reporting on the status of the project, organizing meetings and presentations, communicating with clients and the project team.
• Management of the project team: Distribution of tasks and between project participants (both from Skills Factory and from the client's side) and involving them in the implementation of project tasks.
• Risk management: Identification and management of project-related risks. Assessment of potential threats, development of strategies to minimize risks and take action in the event of problems.
• Monitoring and evaluation:Identification of key performance indicators and evaluation of project results. 

Profile of the successful candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience as a financial manager or head of the financial/budget department;
• Experience in managing organizational or investment projects;
• Knowledge in project and strategic management;
• Management skills team;
• Understanding the principles of investment analysis;
• Basic knowledge in financial management;
• Strong communication skills;
• Decision-making skills in the conditions limited time;
• Analytical skills;
• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
